Daniel joined the Company as COO and Management Board member in October 2023. His focus is to support on organic and inorganic growth strategy.

Daniel has 24 years of experience in e-commerce, retail and distribution including B2C and D2C business models across different industries, both in Europe as well as in the United States. Amongst other companies, he worked at Amazon for 7 years and led two private equity backed e-commerce companies to success – including a successful IPO.

Jennifer joined the Company as CFO Designate in October 2020. Her focus as CFO at Marley Spoon is to deliver business partnership, use financial analysis to drive decision making and build a high-performing finance function, across FP&A, Accounting, Controllership, Financial Reporting and Treasury.

Prior to joining Marley Spoon, Jennifer spent more than 12 years at PepsiCo, the global Fortune 500 FMCG company, where she held a variety of financial and strategy leadership roles in both the United States and Europe. Earlier in her career she founded a marketing finance consultancy and worked in Public Relations.

Federico Rossi brings an impressive track record and more than 12 years of e-commerce, technology, and marketing experience to Marley Spoon. Rossi led Planning, Analytics, AI, Data, Performance Marketing, and CRM at Zalando over his 12 years at the company. His last position was VP Traffic - Performance Marketing and CRM.

As CMO, Federico is responsible for global acquisition and retention activities at Marley Spoon as well as developing our multi-brand marketing platform, supporting our company growth, and strengthening the Marley Spoon brands globally.

Nasreen has full ownership of the digital technology agenda for the organisation as we look to progress our ambitious plans for the company, underpinned by strong foundations and a continued commitment to innovation in our technology and digital processes & platforms.

Nasreen was previously Senior Director of Technology at Expedia where she led large global technology teams and piloted various strategic growth initiatives to drive value for both the company and the customer. Prior to joining Expedia, she started her career in Machine Learning research, then worked on e-commerce at scale at Amazon as a software developer and gained startup experience at Apparture Inc.

Katalin joined Marley Spoon in 2016. As Chief Customer and People Officer, Katalin is accountable to provide stakeholders with actionable insights to improve customer and team experience and retention, helping to navigate change, reimagine the business and realizing value. Katalin is also responsible for frontline customer and people operations and is MD of the global service centre in Lisbon.

Prior to Marley Spoon, Katalin was Head of Customer Service Quality Assurance at Amazon, Head of EMEA Commercial Database and Sales Support at Avis Budget Group and Operations Director at TLC Marketing.

Michael Hester joined Marley Spoon in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer - US, where he successfully drove operational efficiency, improved on the customer promise and in 2022 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the US.

Prior to joining Marley Spoon, Michael’s background and expertise spanned across growth and operational roles including supply chain, procurement, strategy and transformation working in senior leadership roles across BevMo!, The Vitamin Shoppe, Plated and Gopuff as well as Co-Founding his family business which specialised in retail and consumer products.

Rolf Weber co-founded Marley Spoon Australia in 2015 at the cusp of the meal kit delivery trend, delivering more consumer choice and superior logistics than previously available to consumers in Australia.

Mr. Weber is an entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in e-commerce, SMEs and retail, having built one of Australia’s most popular private online shopping clubs, Brands Exclusive, into a business that sold for $36m in 2012.

Dr. Stephan Zoll is an experienced international business leader who he held several positions as CEO and MD in digital and eCommerce companies such as eBay, Tradera, Gitti Gidiyor, brands4friends, SIGNA Sports United, and others. Over the last decade, he has been acting as a business angel and investor in several digital businesses and funds. He started his career in management consulting with Booz Allen & Hamilton and Oliver Wyman in the Telco/Media and High-Tech space.

Mr. Kudlich has almost 20 years of experience in tech investing and business building. His investment focus is around digital consumer and prosumer topics.

Mr. Kudlich is currently a general partner at 468 Capital GmbH & Co. KG, a venture capital firm he co-founded in 2020. 468 Capital GmbH & Co. KG invests in early-stage technology companies. He was also a member of the management board at Rocket Internet SE, a global incubator and investor in internet companies. At Rocket Internet, he oversaw the incubation of large-scale internet technology businesses, resulting in ~10 IPOs and trade sales alone (including Delivery Hero, HelloFresh and home24).

Mr. Kudlich worked in various managerial positions at Axel Springer AG, after having joined them as the assistant of the chairman and CEO in 2005.

Mr. Kudlich holds a Master of Business Administration from the European School of Management and Technology and a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University College London. He is a member of the extended board of directors of the Bundesverband Deutsche Startups e.V., and a member of the Advisory Board of comparable domestic or foreign companies.

Ms. Söderberg Johnsson has over 30 years of experience in management, strategy, business development, corporate development, and finance. She is a proven leader with a track record of success in delivering profitable growth. She has a deep understanding of the financial markets and is skilled in managing risk.

Ms Söderberg Johnsson is currently a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee at Camurus AB and Mabtech Holding AB, member of the board of directors and member of the audit committee at Saab AB and a senior adviser at Kinnevik AB. Prior to her position as senior adviser at Kinnevik AB she worked as the CFO at Kinnevik AB, Biotage AB, Affibody AB, Global Genomics AB and Karo Bio AB.

She was a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee at Qliro Group AB, Sectra AB and MedCap AB.

Ms. Judith Jungmann has over 25 years experience in international strategic human resources management, communications and sustainability. She is a proven leader with comprehensive experience in the recruitment and development of skilled employees, particularly in corporate transformation processes. She has a deep understanding of business transformation, leadership development, communications and sustainable strategy of human resources.

Ms. Judith Jungmann is currently a member of the excecutive committee at Beckers Group in Berlin. Prior to her position as CHRO at Beckers Group, she worked as SVP People & Communications at Scout24 AG and as HR Director at Danone Group. She was a member of the board of directors at Autodoc AG.

She was a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee at Qliro Group AB, Sectra AB and MedCap AB.

Ms. Judith Jungmann holds the first and the second law degree from LMU Munich.
