Fabian co-founded Marley Spoon in May 2014 and is the current Chief executive officer of the Company.

Fabian has an entrepreneurial background, having co-founded global online restaurant food deliver service, Delivery Hero, in 2010 (listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in June 2017). He also co-founded Germany’s first online auction business (Auktionet in 1996), served as CTO in Europe’s online payments services brands (ClickandBuy in 2000), co-founded a financial services startup (Strateer Inc. in 2008), and served as President & COO of browser technology company (Kikin Inc. in 2009).

Immediately prior to Marley Spoon, Fabian was a Partner at Global Founders Capital, a shareholder of Marley Spoon.

Fabian is responsible for building company culture, hiring talent and investor relations.

Jennifer joined the Company as CFO Designate in October 2020. Her focus as CFO at Marley Spoon is to deliver business partnership, use financial analysis to drive decision making and build a high-performing finance function, across FP&A, Accounting, Controllership, Financial Reporting and Treasury.

Prior to joining Marley Spoon, Jennifer spent more than 12 years at PepsiCo, the global Fortune 500 FMCG company, where she held a variety of financial and strategy leadership roles in both the United States and Europe. Earlier in her career she founded a marketing finance consultancy and worked in Public Relations.

As Managing Director and Co-Founder of Marley Spoon Australia, Rolf is responsible for Australian business development, operations and team. He brings extensive experience of scaling e-commerce operations as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Brands Exclusive, and has worked prior to this as Management Consultant with PwC and Sales Manager at Ikea amongst other appointments.

Katalin joined Marley Spoon in 2016. As Chief Customer and People Officer, Katalin is accountable to provide stakeholders with actionable insights to improve customer and team experience and retention, helping to navigate change, reimagine the business and realizing value. Katalin is also responsible for frontline customer and people operations and is MD of the global service centre in Lisbon.

Prior to Marley Spoon, Katalin was Head of Customer Service Quality Assurance at Amazon, Head of EMEA Commercial Database and Sales Support at Avis Budget Group and Operations Director at TLC Marketing.

Nasreen has full ownership of the digital technology agenda for the organisation as we look to progress our ambitious plans for the company, underpinned by strong foundations and a continued commitment to innovation in our technology and digital processes & platforms.

Nasreen was previously Senior Director of Technology at Expedia where she led large global technology teams and piloted various strategic growth initiatives to drive value for both the company and the customer. Prior to joining Expedia, she started her career in Machine Learning research, then worked on e-commerce at scale at Amazon as a software developer and gained startup experience at Apparture Inc.

Michael Hester joined Marley Spoon in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer - US, where he successfully drove operational efficiency, improved on the customer promise and in 2022 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the US.

Prior to joining Marley Spoon, Michael’s background and expertise spanned across growth and operational roles including supply chain, procurement, strategy and transformation working in senior leadership roles across BevMo!, The Vitamin Shoppe, Plated and Gopuff as well as Co-Founding his family business which specialised in retail and consumer products. .

Mathias joined Marley Spoon as general counsel in January 2018 and has been appointed to act in a company secretarial role to support the Supervisory Board and Management Board. Prior to Marley Spoon, Mathias was a corporate law attorney with a leading international law firm with US origins and a global footprint. Over the past 10 years Mathias gained in-depth knowledge and experience in national and cross-border M&A transactions.

Deena was appointed Independent Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company in June 2018.

Deena is also a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Appen Ltd and Pro Medicus Ltd. (ASX:PME)

Until February 2018 Deena served on the board of the ASX listed Citadel Group where she chaired the Audit and Risk committee.

Deena also currently serves on the boards of Infrastructure Australia and Opera Australia and Chairs the Australian Government’s Australian Broadband Advisory Council.

Deena was the first woman Group Managing Director at Telstra, running Telstra Wholesale and then Telstra Business. In 2011, Deena established Telstra’s corporate venture capital arm, Telstra Ventures. In the 1990s, Deena was a Partner at Mallesons Stephens Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) and prior to that was an in-house counsel and regulatory advisor.

Deena received a B.Sc (Econ) Hons from the London School of Economics and a BA (Law) Hons from the University of Cambridge. Deena was admitted as a barrister at the Inns of Court (Gray’s Inn, UK) and as a solicitor in Australia. Deena is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a graduate of the International Company Directors Course (A.I.C.D., Hong Kong).

Robin Low is a non-executive director who currently holds ASX listed directorships with Appen Limited, AUB Group Limited and IPH Limited. She was previously on the board of ASX listed company CSG Limited. Robin was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 28 years where she was a partner specialising in audit and risk management.

She is past deputy chairman of the Auditing and Assurance Standards board and is a member of the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation. 

Robin’s not for profit directorships are Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, Primary Ethics and the Sax Institute.

Robin chairs Marley Spoon’s audit and risk committee.

Christian is an experienced business leader who joined Marley Spoon in August 2022 as Non Executive Director and Chairman of the nomination and remuneration committee.

Previously Christian held several positions as CEO, COO, CFO in digital and media companies such as AUTODOC, Scout24, CinemaxX, etc., with a proven track record in private, public and Private Equity backed organisations. Chrtistian currently serves as NED and Chairman for the AtHome Group in Luxemburg, a leading classifieds business and as deputy Chairman for ADVYCE in Germany, a fast growing strategy consulting business. Christian holds a Master degree as Diplom Volkswirt (Economics) from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn.

Mr. Perticucci has over 20 years’ experience leading stationary retail and eCommerce businesses. He is currently an independent consultant.

From 2013 to 2020, Mr. Perticucci led European Operations/Customer Fulfillment at Amazon and for a short time simultaneously held the same responsibility for North America.

Mr. Perticucci previously held senior roles at other large retailers including Ahold (Albert.nl), Dixon’s and Tesco across Europe. As Development Director and later as Operations Director at Tesco.com, Mr. Perticucci oversaw the development of the world’s largest Grocery Homeshopping business during its period of most rapid growth. His contributions included the launch of the company’s first “dark store" and the Wine Warehouse as well as the Tesco.net ISP.

Mr. Perticucci began his career as a software developer at Accenture (Milan) and as consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (Munich).

The Board believes Mr. Perticucci’s experience in consumer retail and operations, as well as his extensive experience as a general manager in high-growth service-led businesses will enable him to be a strong contributor to the Company.
